The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts continues its educational and research activities in the field of social sciences. Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts; It provides theoretical and practical training to its students to obtain the title of intermediate staff at bachelor level for the tourism industry. Gökçeada School of Applied Sciences Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts has a total of 317 students in formal education.
