Professional High School of Tourism and Food Technologies “Nikola Dimov” Pirdop is a state school financed by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The vision of PGTHT is a modern, quality and innovative professional educational institution. The strategic development of the school is aimed at ensuring a modernized material environment, equal access to quality professional education and training and development of key competencies according to European standards and innovations.

We teach staff for the restaurant and catering industry, hotel and tourism, small and medium-sized businesses, food technology. The school offers full-time, part-time and independent education. PGTHT Pirdop mainly trains students from the three regions of Sofia, Plovdiv and Pazardzhik. The school has a boarding house and its own kitchen chair, which is a plus for students who come from outside the Srednogorieto area. The trainees are primarily attracted to promising professions in the restaurant industry and food technology.
